We ordered a couch from the crew at the Islington location. Mina and her team were friendly and super helpful. After trying out the model we liked, we placed our order immediately. The delivery team showed up on the agreed day, no holdups at all. They brought it right into our living room and even offered to put it together, but I managed it myself since it was pretty straightforward and enjoyable too :) I'm really pleased with the quality, design, and comfort of the sofa. Totally worth every penny!

About seven years back, we picked up two sofas and a footstool from Lounge Co. We've taken all the covers off and washed 'em without any issues at all. Spot cleaning is a breeze and works just fine for almost all spills. They still look as fantastic as when we first got 'em. The cushions can be rotated and reshaped easily. Totally worth every cent, and I’d recommend them to anyone! Kudos to Lounge Co.

After five years, the £1100 sofa that was kept in great shape has turned out to be quite uncomfortable and not what was promised. I specifically asked for an extra high seat height, but it has dropped significantly since I bought it, making it tough for even the most agile folks to get up. Lounge co couldn’t assist, and the upholsterer mentioned that any cushion replacements or tweaks would only be a short-term solution. It’s really a letdown because my previous DFS sofa was way cheaper and lasted much longer. It seems like in the sofa game, you don’t always get what you pay for. The response I got basically said the sofa has hit the end of its useful life. I won’t be throwing my cash at a so-called higher quality sofa again.

It's been a week since we got the sofa, and we're really enjoying it. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the long run before we hand out a full 5 stars.

The furniture arrived nicely packaged to ensure it stayed clean. After that, I took it out of the wrapping and attached the legs. Everything was handled really well.

It all started with friendly, informed, and trustworthy staff in the showroom, accurate details regarding delivery timelines, and then a delivery that was communicated clearly.

I received assistance from James at the Chiswick showroom, and I can't recommend him enough. He had a wealth of knowledge regarding the different furniture styles and fabric choices. His patience and laid-back attitude made the whole buying experience enjoyable. Can't wait for my sofa and chair to arrive!

The time it took to get my order was way too long. A delay of 5 months from when it was supposed to arrive is just not cool, even though you did keep us in the loop about what was going on.

We're super pleased with our pick of the sofa and can't wait for the delivery of our two Rose Sofas. We took advantage of the Chiswick Winter Sale, and Momo Deville was a great help all the way!

I purchased a couple of Joseph chairs from The Lounge Co. There was a bit of a hold-up with the order, but their communication was top-notch, always sending me friendly and thorough emails about the status. Once the chairs finally showed up, I was super happy with how comfy and well-made they are; they’re stunning! I’ll surely shop with The Lounge Co. again. Fantastic service and an awesome product.

I had a bunch of questions—like about delivery and worries about whether the sofa would fit through my door. I also faced some issues with the delivery crew not arriving.

Esther was incredibly helpful, eased my worries, and followed up with the delivery team when I ran into trouble. When they couldn’t deliver, she got my refund sorted out in no time.

I’m holding back a full five stars because I wasn’t too thrilled with their delivery service, Rhenus, who didn’t show up on the scheduled day and didn’t even try to bring the sofa inside!

We had an awesome time at the Chiswick store thanks to Momo. Right from the start, he was super helpful. He let us look around without hovering but was always there to help with our questions and offered solid advice on seat fillings and fabrics. Momo really listened to what we wanted and suggested some lovely patterned fabrics for a chair. There was zero pressure to make a purchase on the spot. By the time we got home, Momo had already emailed us pictures of the sofa and chair we picked, along with the pricing. He even sent us swatches of the materials to take back with us, which made our final choice a breeze. The next day, we called Momo, and he made ordering the furniture a piece of cake. Now, we’re just counting down the days until it arrives! Hats off to Lounge Co, and a big shoutout to Momo for making customer service look so effortless when it’s tough for many others.
